"The International Education Charter is a declaration of fundamental principles guiding youth education worldwide in the 21st century. Created by global civil society, CCLP Worldwide and endorsed by thousands of members, volunteers, organizations, institutions and individuals engaged in promoting the position of youth, the International Education Charter is not only a call to action, but a motivating force inspiring change the world over. The International Education Charter is being implemented into the Declaration of Higher Education for the 21st century by UNESCO, and Ten Principles of United Nations Global Compact for the purposes of creating and a more purposeful and sustainable future for today’s youth."

National Seminar on Marginalized tribes of North East India successfully completed
Government College of Kamalanagar (Mizoram) had organized two days National Seminar on Marginalized Tribes of North East India at Aizawl, Mizoram on 23rd and 24th April 2015 in association with International Organization of Education Charter – CCLP Worldwide.The seminar witnessed key note address by Prof. Rajoshree Roy (HOD) , vishwa bharati university santiniketan, presentation of Education Charter in special relevance to marginalized Communities by Edr. Vinod Singh, Hon. Vice Chairman, International Council, expert comment by Hon. Vice Chancellor of Mizoram University, Lecture by Director of College Development Council, Govt. Of Mizoram and Principal of Kamala Nagar College and moderated by Hon. Prof. Dr. Debasish paul, Professor, Kamalanagar College. Educators from various Colleges and Universities from across the country particpated in the seminar and presented research papers.The whole seminar was sponsored by UGC and ICSER Govt. Of India.
